Moving house or business location? We’ll make sure that you have your energy connected when you need it.
If you’re moving into a new property or business location, we can process same-day connections, however, if you would like your existing site disconnected, we require four business days’ notice before you plan on making the move.
If you have a basic meter, a physical visit is required, meaning your Distributor will visit the property to get you connected. In this scenario, we will contact the relevant Distributor in your area on your behalf.
Fees and Charges
Distributors in each state charge a fee for disconnecting or connecting your energy. These fees are based on your location and are not up to Tango’s discretion. Any connection fees will appear on your first Tango Energy bill.

Vacating your property?
You can schedule a move-out via the My Tango app or online portal. To register for a My Tango account click here
Once logged in you can select "Service" and schedule your disconnection.
