Any payment will be made to:

  • Customers who receive an existing energy concession
  • All households in Queensland with an active electricity account

If you do not currently receive a concession

If you don’t receive a concession, however you are eligible for a payment under the Energy Bill Relief plan, Services Australia or the Department of Veterans’ affairs will contact you.

Once you have followed their instructions we will be able to confirm your eligibility and apply the payment to your electricity account.
